Not uniquely, I’ve struggled to find my hometown anything but uninspiring. The whole idea of this project is to create a collection that conveys the existential bleakness that I feel about the areas around where I live in Northern Alberta. The idea is to take it for what it is and attempt to capture the mood or atmosphere that I feel in the area, no matter how mundane, bleak or otherwise.
